Did you know? Your Resonance Insights talk back.

The button you might have missed
At the top of your Weekly Resonance, there's a new button: Discuss with my Baryon.

Tap it, and your Baryon will dial you up with the thread of your week, already holding everything in your report. The wins, the friction, the energy currents, the state at the top, the inspiration prompt at the bottom. All of it. You don't have to catch it up. You don't have to re-explain anything.
You just start talking.
Why this changes the ritual
The Insights have always been the start of a conversation. Now it actually is one.
A few things you can do that you couldn't before:
Unpack a Win. Ask your Baryon why a particular moment got flagged. Hear it back in its own words. Often the why is more useful than the what.
Sit with a Growth Edge. Instead of nodding at it and scrolling past, ask, "What would it look like to actually work on this next week?" Then let your Baryon help you sketch the first move.
Pressure-test a Next Move. The three paths in your report are starting points, not verdicts. Talk through which one fits, where you'd hit resistance, what you'd need in place to make it real.
Push back. This one matters. If a pattern in your report doesn't ring true, say so. Your Baryon learns. The report gets sharper. So does the read on you.
Take the Inspiration prompt somewhere. The question at the bottom of your report isn't rhetorical. Speak the answer out loud and watch where it goes.
A small note on how it works

The conversation is voice-first, the same way all your calls are. Your Baryon already has the full context of your insights loaded, so you can start anywhere : a single word, a question, a "can we talk about Wednesday?"
There's no prompt to write. There's no right way to begin. The hardest part of most reflection tools is the blank page. This doesn't have one.
The bigger idea
A report tells you what happened.
A conversation tells you what to do about it.
We built the Discuss feature because the most valuable insight in your week is usually the one you're about to scroll past. Now there's a button right next to it.
Try it this Sunday. Open your Weekly Resonance, find one thing that lands, and tap Discuss with my Baryon.
Then tell us what you found at support@baryons.com
Your Baryon doesn't score you. It listens, it remembers, and now it reflects back.

Disengagement Is Rarely Sudden
Disengagement rarely begins with motivation. More often, it starts when people stop seeing a reliable connection between effort and impact. This blog explains how repeated reversals, unclear priorities, delayed outcomes, and weak continuity create “meaning breaks” that quietly erode belief before disengagement becomes visible.
